The Yoga Cannon is full of stories that detail beautiful lessons that break down the barriers of dogma often associated with ancient texts, opening the pathway for teachings that are universal in nature. One of the most significant tales from India is The Ramayana. Written over 2,000 years ago, this is a story of love, deceit, duty, adventure, and purpose—themes that are still very much relevant today. This workshop will explore The Ramayana in-depth, connecting the physical practice with deeper spiritual concepts that guide our yoga practice and our lives. We will begin with a two-hour yin yoga practice during which postures align with key elements from the story. We will hold the final hour for a heart-centered discussion around the themes addressed in The Ramayana. This workshop is suitable and accessible for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of yoga philosophy.

Pregnancy is a time of profound physical change and connection. Practicing yoga during this season helps you tune into your body, deepen self-trust, and support your changing anatomy with awareness and care.
Taught by Julie Shore, an experienced yoga teacher and mama of two, who used her knowledge of anatomy and yoga practice to support her pregnancy, labor, and the early days of parenthood. Come learn how yoga can be a grounding and empowering part of your journey.
